۱. معرفی خدمت

حرفگو (@HarfgoBot) یک ربات پیام ناشناس در پیام‌رسان تلگرام است. هر کاربر یک یا چند لینک اختصاصی دریافت می‌کند و هر شخصی که آن لینک را باز کند می‌تواند بدون افشای هویت خود برای صاحب لینک پیام بنویسد. گیرنده نیز می‌تواند به همان شکل ناشناس پاسخ دهد، واکنش نشان دهد یا فرستنده را مسدود کند.

۲. تعهد ما به حریم خصوصی و امنیت

حرفگو با بهره‌گیری از پروتکل‌های امنیتی و ساختار مهندسی طراحی شده است تا هویت شما برای طرف مقابل آشکار نشود. حریم خصوصی شما برای ما بسیار مهم است و تمام امکانات ربات با همین اصل ساخته شده‌اند. ما اطلاعات شما را نمی‌فروشیم، در ربات تبلیغ نمایش نمی‌دهیم و از اطلاعات برای هدفی خارج از ارائه‌ی همین خدمت استفاده نمی‌کنیم.

۳. ناشناس بودن

هنگام ارسال پیام در حرفگو نام، یوزرنیم و شناسه‌ی شما هیچ‌وقت برای گیرنده نمایش داده نمی‌شود. پیام‌ها از طرف ربات برای گیرنده ارسال می‌شوند، نه از طرف حساب شما، و هیچ نشانی از فرستنده روی آن‌ها قرار نمی‌گیرد. پاسخ‌ها و واکنش‌های گیرنده هم به همین شکل ناشناس به شما می‌رسند.

طرف مقابل هیچ اطلاعاتی از شما ندارد، مگر اینکه خودتان هویت‌تان را فاش کنید.

درخواست اطلاعات هویتی: هویت کاربران در اختیار هیچ شخص، گروه یا نهاد غیرمجازی قرار نمی‌گیرد و چون ما هیچ‌گاه چنین اطلاعاتی را از کاربران درخواست یا ذخیره نمیکنیم.

۴. مدیریت حساب

برای مدیریت حساب و نمایش موجودی استارز شما از شناسه‌ی چت تلگرام (Chat ID) و شناسه‌ی حرفگوی شما استفاده می‌شود. همچنین حرفگو یک شناسه عمومی دیگر برای شما در حساب کاربری میسازد تا بتوانید بجای chat id خود آن را یصورت عمومی استفاده کنید.

پشتیبانی گروه نتگراف و حرفگو هیچ‌گاه به شما پیام نمیدهد و یا اطلاعاتی از شما درخواست نمیکند, شما نیز هیچوقت از ما اطلاعات کاربران را درخواست نکنید زیرا ما شرکت ما هم هیچ اطلاعاتی از انها نداریم

۷. امنیت

دسترسی به سامانه محدود به افراد مجاز است و ارتباط‌ها از اتصال امن تلگرام انجام می‌شود. این صفحه نیز کوکی، ردیاب و درخواست به سرویس‌های بیرونی ندارد. با این حال هیچ سامانه‌ای کاملاً بدون ریسک نیست و ما همواره در حال بهبود تدابیر امنیتی هستیم.

۸. مسئولیت کاربران

ناشناس بودن مجوزی برای آزار یا سوءاستفاده نیست. هر کاربر مسئول محتوایی است که می‌فرستد و باید طبق قوانین محل زندگی خود و قوانین تلگرام عمل کند.

۹. محتوای ممنوع

ارسال محتوای جنسی و برهنگی، خشونت شدید، تهدید و آزار، محتوای مرتبط با کودکان، فروش مواد ممنوع، کلاهبرداری و هر محتوای غیرقانونی در ربات ممنوع است. این محدودیت‌ها بر اساس قوانین تلگرام و فروشگاه‌های اپلیکیشن، از جمله اپ‌استور اپل و گوگل‌پلی، اعمال می‌شود. حساب‌های متخلف ممکن است بدون اطلاع قبلی از ربات محروم شوند.

دامنه و ارتباط با تلگرام

  • این سیاست فقط رابطه‌ی توسعه‌دهنده و کاربر را تنظیم می‌کند و جایگزین سیاست حریم خصوصی تلگرام نمی‌شود
  • حرفگو یک سرویس مستقل است و تلگرام آن را نگهداری یا تأیید نمی‌کند
  • توسعه‌دهنده از قوانین حریم خصوصی فروشگاه‌های اپلیکیشن، از جمله راهنمای بازبینی اپل و سیاست‌های گوگل، پیروی می‌کند
  • ادامه‌ی استفاده از ربات به معنی پذیرش این سیاست و شرایط ربات‌های تلگرام است و اگر نمی‌پذیرید باید استفاده را متوقف کنید

جمع‌آوری و پردازش اطلاعات

  • ربات علاوه بر اطلاعات محدودی که تلگرام به ربات‌ها می‌دهد، چیزهایی را دریافت می‌کند که خودتان می‌فرستید، مثل پیام و فایل یا اطلاعاتی که آگاهانه به اشتراک می‌گذارید
  • فقط داده‌ی لازم برای کارکرد امکانات درخواست و پردازش می‌شود و مبنای آن منافع مشروع ارائه‌ی خدمت و رفع مشکلات امنیتی است
  • داده‌های کاربر برای کاربردهای خارج از این سرویس مورد استفاده‌ی مالی قرار نمی‌گیرد
  • اطلاعات خصوصی در اختیار اشخاص ثالث، حتی سایر سرویس‌های توسعه‌دهنده، قرار نمی‌گیرد، مگر با اجازه‌ی صریح شما یا الزام قانونی مانند حکم دادگاه
  • اطلاعاتی که خودتان عمومی کنید، دیگر زیر پوشش این سیاست نیست

حفاظت از داده

  • اطلاعات مطابق قوانین جاری و با تدابیر لازم برای جلوگیری از دسترسی، تغییر، حذف یا انتشار غیرمجاز نگهداری و منتقل می‌شود
  • تلگرام می‌تواند در صورت سوءاستفاده از پلتفرم، داده‌ی ارسال‌شده به ربات (از جمله پیام‌ها یا کل گفتگو) را از سرورهای خود حذف کند

حقوق شما

  • درخواست نسخه‌ای از اطلاعات شخصی ذخیره‌شده درباره‌ی خودتان
  • درخواست حذف اطلاعات، به‌جز داده‌های ضروری که قانون اجازه‌ی نگهداری‌شان را می‌دهد، مثل موارد لازم برای تعهدات قانونی یا دفاع از دعاوی
  • اصلاح، محدودسازی یا اعتراض به پردازش اطلاعات و پس‌گرفتن رضایت در هر زمان، از جمله با ترک استفاده از ربات
  • شکایت به مرجع حفاظت از داده‌ی صالح در صورت نقض حقوق شما
  • توسعه‌دهنده باید به درخواست‌های قانونی حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز پاسخ دهد و می‌تواند برای جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده هویت درخواست‌کننده را راستی‌آزمایی کند یا تعداد درخواست‌ها را به‌طور معقول محدود کند

تعهدات کاربر و تغییرات

  • اطلاعاتی که در درخواست‌ها ارائه می‌دهید باید درست و به‌روز باشد

1. About the service

Harfgoo (@HarfgoBot) is an anonymous messaging bot on Telegram. Each user gets one or more personal links, and anyone who opens a link can write to its owner without revealing their identity. The recipient can reply, react or block the sender in the same anonymous way.

2. Our commitment to privacy and security

Harfgoo is built on security protocols and an anonymity-first design so that your identity is not revealed to the other person. Your privacy is very important to us and every feature is built around that principle. We do not sell your information, show no ads in the bot, and do not use information for anything beyond providing this service.

3. Anonymity

When you send a message through a link, your name, username and ID are never shown to the recipient. Messages are delivered by the bot rather than from your account, and nothing identifying the sender is attached. The recipient's replies and reactions reach you anonymously in the same way.

The other party has no information about you unless you reveal your identity yourself.

Requests for identity information: user identities are not provided to any unauthorized person, group or body, and we do not collect users' phone numbers, addresses or identity documents. Any official request is reviewed only through lawful channels and within applicable binding law.

To manage your account and display your star balance, your Telegram chat ID and your Harfgoo ID are used.

Technical information is processed only to run these features and to prevent abuse. It is not shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes unless required by law or a competent authority.

7. Security

Access to the system is limited to authorized people and Telegram's secure connection is used. This page has no cookies, trackers or requests to outside services. No system is entirely risk-free, and we continue to improve our safeguards.

8. User responsibility

Anonymity is not a license for harassment or abuse. Each user is responsible for the content they send and must follow the laws where they live and Telegram's rules.

9. Prohibited content

Sexual content and nudity, graphic violence, threats and harassment, child-related content, sale of prohibited goods, scams and any illegal content are prohibited in the bot. These restrictions follow Telegram's rules and app store policies, including Apple's App Store and Google Play. Violating accounts may be banned without notice.

Data protection

  • Data is handled, transferred and stored under applicable laws with precautions against unauthorized access, modification, deletion or distribution
  • Telegram may delete data sent to a bot (including messages or the whole chat) from its servers in response to abuse of the platform

Your rights

  • Request a copy of the personal data stored about you
  • Request deletion, except essential data the law allows to be kept, such as for legal obligations or defense of legal claims
  • Amend, restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, including by ceasing use of the bot
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if you believe your rights are not upheld
  • The developer must answer lawful requests within 30 days at most, and may verify the requester's identity or reasonably limit the number of requests to prevent abuse

User obligations and changes

  • Information you provide in requests must be accurate and up to date
  • You are responsible for having the legal right to use the bot, including age limits and store rules
  • The policy may change at any time and reviewing changes is your responsibility
